What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Lab Removable Prosthetics Manager position at SK Dental Lab?
The ideal candidate will be both an experienced denture technician and a lab manager. This is essential as they will be working on cases, be the central person in the denture department for technical questions, be the lead decision maker on quality control and will be working with multiple individuals across different teams/departments when necessary. They will also be overseeing denture technicians, CAD technician's and will support clients technically over the phone and electronically (emails, portals etc...) when needed.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage daily case flow in the denture department and related CAD department case flow.
- Oversee/manage/supervise multiple technicians.
- Train new hires and existing employees in any new tech./equipment and on any new workflow/processes/procedures implemented in the lab.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- CDT- Preferred
- Digital Dentistry
- Strong leadership skills
