Responsibilities
- Manage employee data, including personal details, compensation, benefits, and performance reviews.
- Process employment applications and support other employment activities.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientations to foster positive attitudes toward company goals.
- Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information to authorized personnel.
- Compile data from personnel records and prepare reports, such as OSHA 300 and others.
- Maintain records of accidents and injuries at the establishment.
- Assist with policy administration, programs, and benefits.
- Conduct employee orientation meetings to discuss policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Update employee time systems.
- Administer general office functions.
- Provide interpretation services for those not speaking or reading English or Spanish.
Predictable attendance is essential for this position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (one to two years).
Certifications and Skills
