Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Hiring Director to join SK Security. As the Hiring Director, you will play a crucial role in recruiting, hiring and onboarding our Security Personnel. Your primary responsibilities will include abiding by recruitment strategies, overseeing the hiring process, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. This position requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as developing a strong understanding of the security industry.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Hiring:

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for security guard positions.
• Source and screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the selection process.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Conduct background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including employment contracts, confidentiality agreements
• Develop and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures in collaboration with the legal department.

Training and Development:

• Collaborate with Administration in scheduling training programs for security guard personnel.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the security industry or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage the full recruitment life cycle.
• Experience in performance management and employee relations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Professional certifications are desirable but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
