What are the responsibilities and job description for the WV Birth to Three Ongoing Service Coordinator position at Skill Builders LLC?
WV Birth to Three service coordinators provide HOME BASED service coordination to WV families who are eligible for the WV Birth to Three System. This position requires travel to families homes.
Target counties in WV include Monongalia, Marion, Berkeley, Jefferson, Barbour and Wood
Requirements are at least a 4-year college degree preferably in a Human Service Field OR being a former parent of the WV Birth to Three System or have had a child that has recieved Special Education services.
Social work or case management and home based experience preferred.
Additional requirements include EXCELLENT organization, computer skills, writing and communication skills. Strong broad band internet in your home is also a requirement
