YOUR ROLE AT SKRIBER

As an Account Executive, you'll identify and secure new business, nurture strategic client relationships, and drive company revenue growth through proactive outreach, skilled negotiation, and relationship management. The role offers substantial autonomy, direct customer interactions, and meaningful opportunities to contribute to Skriber’s expansion.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Master Skriber’s value proposition quickly and clearly communicate it to potential clients.
  • Actively manage and grow your client portfolio, consistently delivering outstanding service.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare executives and key stakeholders to promote Skriber’s innovative AI solutions.
  • Effectively manage your sales pipeline, accurately forecasting opportunities and consistently achieving revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Support) to incorporate valuable client feedback into product improvements.
  • Skillfully overcome objections, manage challenging conversations, and secure successful agreements.
  • SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Previous successful B2B sales experience, preferably within healthcare technology
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Exceptional organizational skills to balance prospecting, negotiations, and account management
  • Strong communication skills with the capability to engage busy healthcare professionals
  • High degree of motivation, accountability, and personal ownership
  • Resilience and the ability to persevere despite challenges
  • BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a startup or rapidly scaling organization
  • Knowledge or familiarity with AI and SaaS technologies
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate in cross-functional environments
