- Perform in-home evaluations on HVAC equipment (system type, age, etc.)
- Translate customer’s desires with solutions to fit their needs and their home
- Develop and deliver sales presentations
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Scheduling, change orders, submittals, close out packages
- Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training
- Design projects & work with customers for best solutions
- Other duties as necessary
- At least two (2) years of In Home Sales Experience preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Service Titan), preferred
- Strong Mathematical, Language, communication and Computer Skills
- Excellent computer skills are required for this position
- Excellent customer & employee relation skills are a must
- Excellent local reputation & knowledge of the Portland service area is desired
