Pool Attendant

• Supervise the docking, undocking, and mooring of vessels, ensuring safe and efficient procedures.
• Maintain an orderly and clean marina environment, including docks, walkways, and common areas.
• Monitor and enforce marina rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of docks, fueling stations, and other facilities to ensure operational safety.
• Assist in emergency response situations, such as vessel damage, weather hazards, and medical incidents.

Customer Service & Communication:

• Provide exceptional customer service to boaters, guests, and visitors.
• Assist boaters with docking, fueling, and general marina inquiries.
• Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain effective communication with marina staff, vendors, and management.

Maintenance & Compliance:

• Oversee routine maintenance of docks, equipment, and marina infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and marina safety policies.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with appropriate personnel.
• Manage inventory of marina supplies, including fuel, cleaning materials, and equipment.

Staff Supervision & Administration:

• Train, schedule, and supervise dockhands and marina support staff.
• Maintain accurate records of dock assignments, reservations, and fuel sales.
• Prepare reports on marina activities, incidents, and operational needs.

• Prior experience in marina or dock operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of boating, docking procedures, and maritime safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate daily operations.
• Basic mechanical or maintenance skills are a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical capability to lift heavy objects and assist with boat handling.
