Key Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with 5 years in aerospace or high-precision industries
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams and complex operations
- Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and Quality Systems
- Experience in compliance with AS9100, ISO, and FAA regulations (preferred)
