$25-$29 Per hour To Start for Full-Time, Well-Rounded Apartment Maintenance / Vacancy Turn Techs

Experienced Maintenance Technicians Wanted for Busy Property Management Company!

We are an LA based property management company looking for experienced maintenance and vacancy turn technicians to join our fast-paced and lively family! Good pay, friendly supervisors, great work environment, and opportunity for growth. Plus, you'll never get bored!

Job Requirements:

• The ability to perform maintenance tasks such as demo, painting, basic electrical, lite plumbing, turning units to make them rent ready, light carpentry, appliance installs, install of lighting / plumbing fixtures, drywall repair, caulking, grouting, flooring repairs & install and tile work.
• Excellent communication and organization skills, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, takes initiative with a willingness to acquire new skills
  
  

MUST HAVES:- 5 years of experience as a maintenance tech

• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Able to prioritize different projects with competing deadlines
• Reliable, shows up on time every day
• Vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions
  
  

Must be able to read and write basic English (smart phone use required)

• Must be able to learn / use our job-tracking software (Appfolio)
  
  

JOB DETAILS:

• Rate: $25-$29 to start depending on experience
• Typical work week M-F, Tues-Sat or Sun-Fri 8:30AM - 4:30PM
• This is a long-term position
• Mileage expenses covered
