What you'll do Within the Communications & Infrastructure group, the Programme Delivery Team is responsible for delivering programmes/projects across multiple countries and variety of technologies from Mobile, Broadband, Voice, CDN, Internet peering, Data Centres (Private and Public cloud), with a mix of physical and virtual network components and automation. We are looking for a promising and seasoned SI Programme Manager who has worked on complex digital programmes, with a focus on Telco Cloud. Take end-to-end ownership of a complex System Integration (SI) programme in Telco Cloud space, part of Sky mobile and/or fixed network, including 5G. Manage Sky’s Telco Cloud suppliers through design, integration, and testing project phase. Utilise your communication skills to collaborate with and influence a broad range of multi-disciplinary teams (solutions architecture, test & delivery, support, product, partners, customer team). Ensure necessary governance and controls are in place to ensure successful delivery, demonstrate alignment to agreed time, cost, and quality work. Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, forecast resources demand and prioritisation. Develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels Lead the project team by example. Motivate the team and create a collaborate ‘can do’ environment. Use the forefront technology/tools to efficiently & effectively delivery programmes. What you'll bring Very strong Telecommunications Industry expertise with experience working as a Prime System Integrator in complex multi-vendor constellations, Telco Cloud delivery experience with at least one of the major players like Nokia or Ericsson or similar, Manage budget higher than £10m, proven track record of successful complex transformation delivery projects, leading large teams in a multicultural environment, People leadership skills with demonstrable experience managing teams of at least 5 Project Managers, A solid background across voice/packet-core network technologies, telco cloud, and OSS High focus on quality of any deliverables and delivery experience passionate about delivering a great customer experience, driving innovation, and delivering successful migration programs, Tech-savvy in using tools supporting collaboration and virtual ways-of-working in a fast-paced environment Team overview Group Communications & Infrastructure Looking to be part of non-stop innovation?
