In this role, the Inside Sales Project Coordinator will play a key part in ensuring the success of our projects by working closely with customers and internal teams. Responsibilities include quoting scheduling and coordinating installations, managing project timelines, and providing product support to ensure projects are completed smoothly and efficiently. We are seeking a candidate with at least 2 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry. The ideal individual will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with contractors to develop and maintain a robust contractor network.
- Overseeing and coordinating installations to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Quoting, scheduling and managing project timelines, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Providing support to contractors with product information and technical assistance as needed.
Education and Experience:
- 2-5 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry
- 2-5 years of direct experience in electrical estimating
- High school diploma required; technical certifications are a plus
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Effectively able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Basic electrical experience preferred
- Self-motivated, able to work well independently, multitask, meet deadlines
- Strong people skills with a willingness to empower the team
- Must have complete fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
