Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive person to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the talent acquisition process, supporting the recruitment of top-tier candidates. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for connecting with people, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring manager. We also have performance pay incentives including new hire to close bonus pay, appointment setting bonuses, end of year bonuses.
Duties
- Collaborate with hiring manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage job postings across various platforms, ensuring they attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews, providing timely feedback to applicants.
- Assist in employee evaluations and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics using Salesforce or similar systems.
- Utilizing our cold-calling programs to generate appointments for sales team
- Creating jobs on our CRM once appointments are set
Requirements
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM systems for tracking candidate progress and recruitment activities.
- A background in sales or executive recruiting is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships with candidates and potential clients

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
