About the Role:
Our client is seeking skilled Diagnostic & Calibration Technicians to join their team. This role involves traveling to various body shops to diagnose and calibrate vehicle computer and electronic systems after repairs.
**For candidates at the higher end of the pay range ($22-$24/hr), prior knowledge of ADAS Calibration is required.
The industry is fast-paced and ever-evolving, so experienced applicants must have recent and relevant automotive experience.
- Candidates from unrelated industries may be considered at the lower end of the pay scale, provided they are technically inclined.
- Perform pre- and post-repair diagnostic scans using OEM or aftermarket tools.
- Identify vehicles requiring programming or calibration and perform these tasks after repairs are complete.
- Document work thoroughly and submit detailed reports.
- Ensure precise ADAS calibration, adjusting sensors and cameras to restore advanced safety systems to optimal functionality.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Physical capability for frequent standing, bending, and lifting.
- Strong computer and tablet skills.
- Prior automotive or collision repair experience is preferred (knowledge of ADAS Calibration is a strong plus).
- A technical aptitude and a willingness to stay up-to-date in a rapidly changing industry.
Salary : $22 - $24
