Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring proper phone etiquette is maintained.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently for team members.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, correspondence, and office organization.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with various office tasks to support daily operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and excel
- Excellent calendar management skills to coordinate schedules effectively.
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems is essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and courtesy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
