As a Technical Support representative at Skytech Gaming, your job will be to represent the growing brand of Skytech Gaming and assist the diverse customer base that we serve. If you’re passionate about PC Gaming and love to learn about the latest in technology, we want you to share that passion, knowledge, and enthusiasm with our customers!
Main duties include:
- Responding to and resolving customer inquiries and issues by identifying the issue and best method of resolution
- Conscientiously and thoroughly delivering support to our customers using a variety of channels (chat, email, calls, etc)
- Procedurally diagnosing hardware and software issues by analyzing symptoms
- Other duties as necessary for a growing department
Qualifications:
- Passion for both PC Gaming and hardware
- 1 years of Customer Service Experience
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Patience and empathy for our customers’ situations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and improve
Preferred Qualities:
- Bilingual (Spanish strongly preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Starting Pay: $15.50-16 hourly based on experience, with increase after probationary period
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
OT as needed
