Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain guest accounts by verifying credit card information and processing payments.
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of guest relations.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in night audit processes is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
- Proficient phone etiquette to handle calls professionally and courteously.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel setting is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Ability to build rapport with guests while maintaining professionalism at all times.
