Position Overview:
As a Hotel Night Auditor at Sleep Inn & Suites, you will be responsible for managing the nightly operations of our hotel, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our guests. This position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who excel in customer service and are comfortable handling financial information.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage online and phone reservations.
- Handle daily accounting and financial tasks with precision.
- Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions.
- Address and resolve guests' issues and ensure their stay is comfortable.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain tidy and well-organized.
- Assist in various front desk duties and provide excellent customer service throughout the night shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hotel management or relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role in hospitality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and hotel management software (e.g., ChoiceAdvantage).
- Strong understanding of customer service and accounting principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work overnight shifts, and holidays.
