We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a young executive based in the Old Town Scottsdale area. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. In addition to traditional personal assistant duties, this role will involve administrative tasks related to office management.
Responsibilities:
Office and Household Management:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficiently functioning living and office environment by overseeing various administrative and housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, organizing, managing office supplies, and coordinating office maintenance.
Meal Preparation and Nutrition:
- Prepare nutritious and appetizing meals according to the executive's dietary preferences and requirements. Ensure meals are served promptly and meet high-quality standards, balancing nutritional needs with culinary preferences.
Personal Care and Support:
- Foster a professional and comfortable atmosphere, providing discreet and reliable assistance in various personal matters as required.
Shopping and Errands:
- Efficiently handle grocery shopping responsibilities to ensure the pantry and office kitchen are well-stocked with fresh and healthy ingredients. Manage errands promptly and effectively, including picking up and delivering items as needed.
Pet Care:
- Attend to the executive's dog, ensuring their well-being and exercise needs are met. Demonstrate genuine care and responsibility in pet care duties.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, arranging and attending to travel plans (both in-state and out-of-state), and coordinating meetings as required. Handle correspondence and other administrative tasks with efficiency and discretion.
Weekend Availability:
- Must be available on weekends to assist with any urgent matters, dog sitting, or special events as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a high-profile or executive setting. Experience with office management, cooking, cleaning, pet care, and travel is highly desirable.
Culinary Skills:
- Proficient in meal planning and preparation, with a focus on healthy and diverse cuisine. Ability to accommodate dietary restrictions and adapt recipes accordingly is a plus.
Organization and Time Management:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, including handling weekend commitments.
Communication and Discretion:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Physical Stamina:
- Possess the physical stamina necessary to perform tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and dog walking, including on weekends and during travel.
