Direct Support Professional / Personal Care Attendant
Full Job Description:
@Southwest Louisiana Independence Center is currently seeking a caregiver to work with a young female individual who has physical disabilities in Lafayette. The Direct Support Professional is responsible for the physical care of our clients who may no longer be able to take care of themselves due to age, illness, injury, surgery, or disability.
The ideal candidate must be able to care for our clients and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect.
Benefits:

Qualifications:
1. Must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Valid Driver’s License & auto insurance
3. Working Cell Phone with Data Plan
4. Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
Responsibilities:
1. Light Housekeeping
2. Transportation from school and after school activities
3. Assist with daily living task
Pay:
Starting at $9.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday: 4pm-8:30pm
Tuesday: 4pm-7:30
Wednesday: 4pm-7:30
Thursday-4pm-8:30pm
Friday: 4pm-8pm
