Description

Manage the OCFS Data Warehouse (DW). This is a central repository for data needed to support state and local planning and performance measurements through the production of business subject area and workload management reports and ad hoc inquiries. The main source of the data is cleaned, transformed, cataloged and made available for use based on security.

Duties

• Overseeing projects comprised of multiple deliverables
• Delegating and coordinating of tasks
• Update project status, meetings, scope changes, issues
• Maintain project record in RITM
• Conduct project team meetings, prepare meeting summaries, facilitate meetings to resolve project issues, preparing clear and concise status reports,
• Present project status briefings to IT leadership, project steering committees and/or agency executive management
  
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience (14 Years)
• Plans, organizes and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact.
  
  

Requirements

• This is an 100% Onsite
• 84 months experience in a Child Welfare Data Warehouse leadership with demonstrated enterprise level project successes.
• 84 months of experience in managing multiple large, complex custom IT projects defined primarily as those with the following characteristics: budget over $1,000,000 annually, duration over 48 months, multiple funding sources including federal and grant funding, managing external stakeholders, multi-level project team organization, and deployment to geographically diverse end users.
• 84 months of experience in developing and maintaining project records in Microsoft Project and Service Now workflow management software
• 84 months of experience in engaging in project communication including leading regularly scheduled project team meetings, preparing meeting summaries, facilitating meetings to resolve project issues, preparing clear and concise status reports, presenting project status briefings to IT leadership, presenting project status briefings to project steering committees and/or agency executive management.
• 84 months of experience in managing projects
• 24 months of experience in scheduling and configuring Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) jobs in OpCon.
• 84 months experience leading Data Warehouse development utilizing Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) and Oracle Data Integrator(ODI) .
• Bachelor’s Degree
