SUMMARY
The Executive Pastor of Operations & People Development will be responsible to the Lead Pastor and the Ministry Advisory Council for ensuring the health & integrity of all business-related operations as well as all strategic efforts to acquire, develop & maintain the absolute best Long Hollow Church team members. They will provide organizational-level leadership to the paths, projects & processes which move the mission forward in all relevant areas of responsibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Finances & Budgets - Oversee all strategies to develop and protect finances, budgets, donor development, etc.
Operations - Oversee all facilities, projects and relevant ministries such as Legacy Park, Cafe, Food Ministries, etc.
Human Resources & People Development - Oversee all efforts to have the most healthy, highly-functioning staff & volunteer leadership across all church ministries.
Strategic Planning & Execution - Catalyze strategic planning conversations, provide clarity and metrics with regard to accomplishing all goals.
