The Client Service Associate develops a dynamic relationship and supports a variety of teams throughout the organization. Client Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer experience and guiding new customers through purchasing new products and services
- Attend training for new product offerings and become an expert in all product knowledge and compliance standards
- Set objectives, plan, organize, and coordinate with team members to meet objectives and goals for marketing campaigns
- Assist sales consultants in the marketing and membership process whenever needed
- Enhance the customer experience through new ideas and approaches for marketing and branding programs
Client Service Associate Requirements/Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing and/ or customer-facing environments
- A love for high-quality client experiences and customer engagement
- Proficient communication ability in demanding situations
- Analytical mind, while creatively flexible
