Client Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
- Collaborate with the client service representative team to ensure clients’ needs are met and deliverables are executed on time
- Assist in the development and implementation of customized business strategies for clients
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Track client interactions and provide regular updates on project progress and outcomes
- Identify opportunities for additional services and solutions that can benefit clients
- Support the onboarding of new clients and guide them through the initial setup process
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is highly desirable
- 1-2 years of experience in client service, account management, or a related role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Pay: $47,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
