DESCRIPTION: Psychological Dimensions (PD) is a growing, innovative, and industry-leading Atlanta-based police and public safety and risk management forensic consulting firm looking for a Forms Coordinator to join our diverse team. Our mission is to provide public safety and private organizations with state-of-the-art forensic risk management psychological evaluations. Our firm also conducts risk assessment and consultation with television networks and the media.  PD’s services primarily include psychological pre-employment screening, critical incident debriefing, wellness training and annual wellness visits, specialty placement assignments (e.g., SWAT, etc.), risk and threat assessment, and police/public safety and corporate fitness for duty evaluations. Key Responsibilities:

 

Medical Forms and Financial Forms:

·        Manage medical form (medform) requests across the three sites and follow up with candidates, agencies, and providers regarding the medform requests.

·        Process electronic payment remittances for the organization.

·        Ensure receipts are properly filed in SharePoint using the standard naming conventions.

·        Deposit checks electronically using our bank scanner.

 

Background Forms:

·       Monitor the office@stonemcelroy inbox for background forms and process them according to protocol.

 

Office Coordinator Duties:

  • Serve as a backup to the office coordinator in our Atlanta office (Smyrna, GA). Duties will include
    • Preparing computers for testing sessions
    • Checking candidates in for testing
    • Rescheduling candidates
    • Receiving phone calls
    • Fielding questions from candidates and clients.

 

Qualifications:

  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience in administrative, clerical, and customer service roles, preferably in a medical, legal, or business office setting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience handling financial transactions or office accounting tasks is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

 

Preferred Skills:

·       Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint).

o   Experience using electronic payment and check deposit systems.

o   Ability to navigate and manage shared email inboxes efficiently.

·       Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of troubleshooting minor technical issues, rescheduling appointments, and handling inquiries effectively.

·       Customer Service Orientation: Ability to interact professionally with candidates and clients, providing timely responses and assistance.

·       Multitasking and Adaptability: Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including assisting with office coordination duties as needed.

The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000 with potential for growth for motivated individuals.
