What We’re Looking For:
- A heart that loves children and a true passion for early learning
- High school diploma (required)
- Ability to pass a background check and complete a work physical (required)
- CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (required)
- At least 1 year of classroom experience with toddlers or preschoolers
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Familiarity with inclusive practices and supporting all learners (preferred)
- Knowledge of SUTQ requirements (preferred)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and leading engaging, hands-on lesson plans
- Building strong, meaningful connections with children and families
- Supporting growth through play, exploration, and creativity
- Keeping your classroom safe, clean, and welcoming
- Collaborating with fellow educators and leadership
- Documenting progress and supporting children of all abilities
