Epicor Business Analyst Local to MN- Hybrid role

Title: Epicor Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid (Remote with preference for local candidates; travel required if not in MN)

Duration: 6-month contract

Job Description: The Epicor Business Analyst will collaborate with manufacturing businesses to enhance processes and systems.

Using data analysis, the BA will identify trends, address challenges, and recommend actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data to uncover patterns and inform decisions.

• Design and document process models for current and future states.

• Communicate findings and updates with stakeholders and executives.

• Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement solutions.

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions function as intended.

• Conduct research to understand business operations.

• Provide financial insights through forecasting and budgeting.

• Create and maintain documentation, including design specs, requirements, and user manuals.

Requirements:

• 2 years of Analyst experience (business, technical, etc.).

• Strong Epicor experience (SAP or Oracle knowledge is a plus).

• Functional/technical blend with 10-30% travel flexibility.

Skills:

• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.

• Understanding of business strategies, data analysis, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred:

• Manufacturing industry experience.
