WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and specialty equipment.
- Collaborate with manufacturers to troubleshoot and solve challenges quickly.
- Replace parts, recommend upgrades, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Document work, stay organized, and follow safety protocols.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Haves:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in a technical field (HVAC, refrigeration, appliance repair, military service, etc.).
- A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Flexibility for on-call rotations (nights/weekends).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications (EPA, CFESA) or technical licenses.
- Experience in commercial kitchen or refrigeration repair.
- A self-motivated, independent work style.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., work at heights, and adapt to various environments.
