WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and specialty equipment.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to troubleshoot and solve challenges quickly.
• Replace parts, recommend upgrades, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Document work, stay organized, and follow safety protocols.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in a technical field (HVAC, refrigeration, appliance repair, military service, etc.).
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Flexibility for on-call rotations (nights/weekends).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications (EPA, CFESA) or technical licenses.
• Experience in commercial kitchen or refrigeration repair.
• A self-motivated, independent work style.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., work at heights, and adapt to various environments.
