RWI Law a distinguished legal firm based in Minneapolis MN is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our remote team. This role is essential in connecting potential clients with our legal services ensuring they receive expert guidance from the outset. As a key member of the team you will engage with clients assess their legal needs and collaborate closely with attorneys to provide a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement : Initiate and conduct virtual consultations phone calls and (as needed) inperson meetings to assess the legal needs of potential clients.
- Lead Management : Manage and nurture sales leads ensuring timely followup on inquiries and qualify prospects to convert them into clients.
- Collaboration : Work closely with attorneys and firm leadership to provide prospective clients with expert guidance and seamless onboarding.
- FollowUp : Conduct postmeeting followup calls with potential clients to maintain engagement and address any lingering questions or concerns.
- Documentation : Accurately record client interactions details and sales activities in the firm’s CRM system for future reference and strategy development.
- Strategy Meetings : Regularly meet with management to provide updates discuss strategies and continuously improve processes.
