On-Site Inside Sales Representative

Location : Fort Lauderdale, FL (On-site)
Salary : $40,000 base salary, with the potential to earn $80,000–$90,000 annually with bonuses
Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, weekends as needed (1-2 consultations)

This role combines sales and customer service, offering you the chance to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced legal environment. Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development : Seek new business opportunities in designated areas to expand our client base.
- Lead Management : Qualify incoming leads quickly and arrange appointments to ensure an exceptional client service experience.
- Sales Pipeline : Communicate with prospects via phone, email, and in-person meetings to convert them into qualified leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Client Relationship Building : Maintain and enhance relationships with clients and referral sources to foster business growth.
- Documentation & Reporting : Accurately document all sales interactions in CRM software, tracking leads, and maintaining up-to-date client records.
- Collaboration : Work closely with attorneys and leadership to ensure clients receive the best possible initial consultation and legal guidance.
- Follow-up : Perform regular follow-up calls and emails with potential clients to ensure continued engagement and to address any questions.
