As an IT intern, you will have the opportunity to join the SmartBank team by completing meaningful project work that is designed to drive the company forward. Your role as an IT Intern

• Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Support the implementation and management of security measures to protect data, systems, and networks.
• Participate in the development and documentation of IT policies and procedures.
• Conduct research on emerging IT and cybersecurity trends and technologies.
• Opportunities to work on personalized projects depending on the intern's interests and professional goals.
• Complies with all applicable federal, state, and local banking and industry related laws and regulations.
  
  

Qualifications For The Ideal Candidate

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Rising Junior, Senior, or recent graduate majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and security systems.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
