Job Details
- Provide technical assistance to other data processing personnel on problems dealing with operating systems, computers, utility programs, systems control parameter.
- Hardware inventory management

- Hardware/software troubleshooting and maintenance
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware, Windows 10/11 OS, Microsoft Office suite desktop applications, MS365 web applications, SCCM imaging technologies, communication skills.
- Trouble shoot IT issues, including identification, documentation, distribution and resolution.
- May assess if new products and services are followed and suggest enhancements to Senior Management.
