The Role
As a Sales Representative, you will drive business through our roofing and solar programs.
- Training: you will go through a 3-6 week training period that teaches you the 3 phases of the storm restoration roofing process.
- Development: after training, you will be supported through daily and weekly sales training conducted by mentors, trainers, and your director.
At the end of our initial training period, you will be a Sales Representative who can help homeowners with:
- Storm Restoration Roofing: you will meet with homeowners in areas hit by storms (wind/hail), assess roof damage, and guide them through the storm restoration process. We often help homeowners save 90% off what a roof would typically cost.
- Solar-Integrated Roofing: We are the #1 solar-integrated roofing company. Our solar shingle product looks sleek and allows the homeowner to maximize tax incentives around solar.
- Retail Roofing & Solar: if a homeowner does not qualify for our storm restoration program, we help them with retail (non-storm restoration) solutions for roofing, solar, and exterior remodeling.
The Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify homeowners for our roofing and solar programs in storm-damaged areas
- Guide homeowners through the storm restoration process (assess roof damage, meet with the insurance professionals on-site, and assist the homeowner in the claims process)
- Participate in regular sales trainings to improve your skillset around in-home sales as well as the storm restoration process
- Participate in regular team building events focused on personal development and leadership skillsets to empower you to represent the company as the best version of yourself.

The Compensation
- Earnings Outlook: uncapped commissions – our average team member makes $75K - $150K in Year 1 and doubles that number in Year 2
