We are a rapidly expanding team, seeking an energetic and proactive professional to help spearhead our growth.
Role Description
This is a full-time executive assistant role at SME Capital Ventures. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to handle diverse responsibilities. NOTE: part of the role will involve acting as a high-level day-to-day property manager to handle on-going tenant communication.
This position entails extensive calendar and email coordination, handling day-to-day organizational and operational tasks, communicating with tenants and investors, responding to emails on an as-needed basis, coordinating meetings, maintaining P&L asset ledgers and fund accounting, handling confidential information and other general EA tasks as they arise. Must have C-Suite Executive Assistance experience. This is a hybrid position, where there will be time spent in person, especially at the onset as systems are implemented to organize executive calendar / inbox / day-to-day.
Responsibilities
- Manage correspondence, calendars, emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and discreet communication
- Organize and maintain important documents, files and records
- Facilitate communication and coordination with tenants and investors
- Bookkeeping / sending out monthly and quarterly statements
- Investor-facing tasks, including onboarding new accounts
- CRM integration
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in executive administrative assistance and providing c-suite executive support with experience in the real estate, private equity, investment banking, and/or financial services industries preferred
- Professionalism, focus and competence
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in MS Office
- Ability to utilize CRM
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- A phone reference from a previous employer and principal
- Proven ability to provide administrative assistance in a professional environment
- Good attitude and ability to work collaboratively with the rest of the SME Capital team
Salary is commensurate with experience.
