Job Description
Limitless Innovations is a consumer products company engaged in the design and development of various cutting-edge, e-Commerce and retail merchandise located in McHenry, IL and is seeking individuals for Accounting/Customer Support.
Responsibilities of the Position
Accounting:
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Responsible for banking and accounting functions in QuickBooks
- Posting / reconciling transactions to QuickBooks and other software/portals
- Conducts weekly AR/AP duties, including paying bills, reviewing bills and invoices for errors and accuracy, processing ACH payments, printing checks, etc.
Customer Service:
- Daily report maintenance and internal communication
- Solve problems and be proactive in providing a solution
- Coordination and support for customer base, may include light sales
- Written and verbal communication with customers via phone, email, and chat
- High call volume during peak times of the year
- Process customer returns and follow up through completion
- Update management regularly on progress of customer service
Qualifications:
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Experience MS Office
- QuickBooks experience
- Energetic and positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
