Property Manager

Are you a proven Property Management professional with a passion for customer service? If so, we would love to add you to our team as a Community Manager just outside of Richmond, VA! We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage the day to day operations of our conventional Multi-Family community and provide top notch service to our resident and prospects.

Our Community Manager Will Be Responsible For:

• Daily operation of a multi-family community
• Oversight of all Maintenance personnel and operations
• Prospect experience, from lead to lease
• Management of resident move in, renewals and move out
• All A/P and A/R, including invoice payment, vendor management and rent collection.
• Marketing efforts to lease to new prospects and retain current residents.
• Reporting to Regional Manager and Corporate staff as needed.

To Be Considered, Candidate Must Posses:

• 5 years Property Management experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and other laws and requirements
• Previous experience managing, training and motivating a cohesive team.
• Working knowledge of Property Management software
• A positive, can-do attitude!
• A strong desire to exceed the expectations of our residents

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
