Are you a dedicated Dental Front Office Assistant with a passion for working with children? We are looking for someone who loves creating positive dental experiences for our young patients.
This position:
Will assist in communicating with non English speaking patients and their guardians while performing front desk reception and clerical duties.

Job Duties:
- Greeting the patients in a friendly manner
- Checking in patients, which includes updating any necessary paperwork
- Answering the phone
- Setting up New Patient appointments
- Calling to confirm appointments
- Calling patients who missed appointments
- Checking out patients, which includes collecting the patient portion of the visit and giving future appointments.
- Billing the claims
- Interpreting for the clinical staff and for the patient
- Other duties as assigned to assist team
Ideal Candidate:
- An associate's degree or higher
- Aptitude and desire to learn
- 1 year experience in a medical or dental office
- Familiarity with NCTracks
- Computer skills
Requirements:
- Dental/Medical office experience
- Fluent/Bilingual is Spanish and English
