Position : Project Manager (Owner's Rep)
Location : Norwalk, CT
Compensation : $90,000 to $120,000
Responsibilities :
- Project management duties including RFI / RFP submittals, processing change orders, and ensuring quality and efficient project completion.
- Collaborate with ownership, superintendents, and subcontractors.
- Plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Obtain necessary regulations and permits.
- Order necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure projects align with agreed-upon plans.
- Coordinate the full project lifecycle with the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Ownership.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and ensure efficiency.
