· 4-40 License
· 3 years of experience in ocean marine coverage.
· Ability to multitask
· Detail oriented
· Previous experience with Applied Systems- Epic
· Previous experience using the Microsoft 365 Pilot

- Maintain professionalism and phone etiquette during all interactions.
