Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and record-keeping as needed.
- Support office management by organizing files, documents, and correspondence efficiently.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring timely responses to client needs.
- Maintain an organized workspace that promotes productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the office.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is required.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office management practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous but not mandatory.
