Smith & Wilkinson has been retained to find Champlain National Bank’s next VP Human Resources Officer.
Reporting to the President & CEO, the VP Human Resources Officer is responsible for developing and executing the human resource vision and strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the bank. The VP Human Resources Officer will oversee all disciplines associated with talent management, talent development, recruitment, compensation, benefits, organizational design, change management, and the payroll function with the primary focus on increasing employee engagement. The VP Human Resources Officer is an active member of the Senior Leadership Team.
