Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
- Design marketing materials aimed at generating new leads.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through networking and outreach activities.
- Present Smoker & Company’s range of services to prospective clients, highlighting our unique value proposition.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our service offerings to effectively address client inquiries.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions for clients’ needs.
- Regularly report on sales metrics and client feedback to enhance service offerings.
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the accounting or professional services industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles ,bookkeeping and business practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to travel within the Lancaster and Berks County regions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
