Smoky Mountain Distributors is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Sales Administration Representative to join our team in Sevierville, TN.
The Administration Representative is to serve as a face-to-face liaison with guests and support the day-to-day administrative needs of our organization's Sales and Marketing teams.
Essential duties and tasks include but are not limited to guest check-in, tour reception, reporting, contract processing, credit qualification, cash handling, light housekeeping, and other duties assigned based on company needs.

- Previous vacation ownership/travel club support experience is a plus.

Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Two years of customer service preferred.
- Two years of experience in vacation ownership, travel club, or timeshare support preferred.
- Two years of experience in vacation ownership, travel club, or timeshare contracts experience preferred.
- Intermediate technology proficiency, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite. Must have the ability to learn new applications.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the leadership team.
