REYNOLDS ADVANCED MATERIALS OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:
RAM is seeking a driven outside sales representative for our Chicago, IL branch to cover the following territories: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and parts of Northern Illinois. We are looking to hire the right person to talk to customers about how our products can help improve their projects, processing, and production. The primary responsibility of a RAM outside sales rep is to drive product sales by solving problems for new and existing customers. You will be part of a team and will receive the full support of your branch and our parent company, Smooth-On, Inc.
Developing a strong knowledge of RAM’s products and their applications is essential for success in this role – so the ideal candidate will be eager to learn about both our materials and how our customers use them for their applications.

Outside Sales Reps should be comfortable working with their hands, appreciate the creative mind at work when using our materials, and enjoy working with a variety of professionals and personality types. New RAM sales reps will receive hands-on mentorship & work alongside industry veterans, some with decades of experience – all of whom describe the job as “unlike any sales position you’ve ever heard of.”

OUTSIDE SALES REP - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive RAM product sales in a multi-state territory that include the following states: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and parts of Northern Illinois.
• Develop, manage & nurture customer relationships -- regularly call on new & existing qualified customers IN-PERSON and remotely. Strong follow-up skills are essential.
• Generate product interest, leads, sales, and customer accounts by participating in a variety of industry-related tradeshows & events (including seminars hosted at RAM)
