Qualifications:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements winning sales strategies that align with Block by Block's goals.
- Collaborates with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling campaigns that generate leads and boost conversions.
- Develops and implements effective sales and marketing strategies through business proposals, presentations, and other key marketing collateral.
- Analyzes market trends and competitor behavior to adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborates with the marketing team to create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of business development and marketing initiatives, and makes recommendations for improvement.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms, up to date on the latest trends and software to enhance the sales process.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent data analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field; OR (2 years) experience writing for marketing and designing long-form documents and marketing collateral.
- (2 years) Proven experience in sales and/or marketing with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Use a computer frequently.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally standing and walking.
- Lift light objects up to 10 pounds.
