We are looking for a Qualified Program Manager candidate for our Bruce Township office with a willingness to travel. The qualified candidate must have a BS in Engineering or Master's Degree in related specialty field and a state/provincial license. Candidate must demonstrate a sincere interest in automation including one or more of the following:
- Automotive Industry
- Medical Industry
- Construction/Cement Industry
- Furniture Industry
- Food Industry
Position Overview:
This Program Manager position oversees growth and hitting customer targets by successfully managing the programs and activities for our organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, as well as other duties may be assigned:
- Organizing programs and activities following the mission and goals of the organization
- Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
- Creating and managing long-term goals
- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for Improvement
- Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safely, quality and team member performance
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining the timing of products or services to customers and prospective customers
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
- Analyzing program risks
- Working on strategy with sales and marketing team
