We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Specialist to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of system architectures at SMX.
About the Position
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system architecture, with expertise in designing and implementing system architectures that meet customer requirements.
- This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of system components.
In this capacity, you will work closely with the team to analyze complex system issues and develop innovative solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement system architectures that meet business needs.
- Ensure successful operations and maintenance of all IT systems, including database administration, system administration, system security support, and system configuration.
- Evaluate analytical and systematic problems with workflow, system configuration, and planning.
Requirements
- A valid Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI if required.
- A degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline is required.
- No less than 8 years of specialized experience supporting or leading IT network systems O&M with system architecture and engineering experience for on-premises and/or cloud environments.
- Detailed knowledge of system and database administration, including backups, databasing tasks, file recovery, user access support, and independently resolving complex system or user problems under tight deadlines.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as Red Hat Certified System Administrator, Red Hat Certified Engineer, CompTIA Server , CompTIA Security , ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) would be an advantage.
