You will be focused on new product introduction and will be responsible for sourcing products for SnackCrate throughout our worldwide supply chain.

As a successful Procurement Coordinator, you are an experienced supply chain professional with excellent analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills. Your ability to work independently across multiple business units in a matrixed organization and communicate with all levels of the organization will be key to your success.
Key Qualifications
- Excellent analytical capabilities, able to bring creative, simple, and logical approaches to complex problems
- Strong influencer; able to partner with various cross-functional teams to gather input and provide guidance.
- Ability to manage the fundamentals of sourcing and supplier engagement activities, including RFP/RFQ, spend pattern analysis, negotiations, and supplier consolidation/rationalization; Along with the ability to develop and implement measurable KPIs.
- Effective Communicator with the ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships internally including cross-functional and cross-site collaboration
- Comfortable presenting to senior/executive management.
- Experience with Inventory Management Systems
Description
In this role, you will be the focal point for the development of new product introductions that support SnackCrate’s quarterly financial revenue plans, achieve aggressive inventory goals, and maximize end-user service levels. You will work cross-functionally with our internal partners to bring new and exciting experiences to our customers. You have strong business acumen and exceptional analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
- Work efficiently to foster supplier relationships worldwide.
- Present product updates to senior management on a daily/weekly basis, providing insight on opportunities, challenges, and key decisions.
- Be an active participant in new product transition planning and new product introduction.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Project Management or related field.
- 3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in snack food or food-related industry.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
