Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation in our office environment.
Duties
- Computerize and maintain administrative records
- Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks
- Type and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls
- Provide bilingual support when needed
- Assist with dental receptionist tasks if required
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar role is advantageous
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment operation is beneficial
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
