Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree a related field and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience
- Higher-level degree may substitute for relevant experience
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Thorough understanding of manufacturing/production scheduling techniques
- Progressive experience with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera or similar software
- The ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET U.S. Security clearance is required
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Previous operational flight management, production operations, and leadership experience
- Knowledge of both FAA and U.S. Military operational flight governing directives
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
