Job Type: Full-Time; Temp-to-Hire
Location: Charleston, SC 29405
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00/HR [based on experience and paid weekly]
Shift Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Duties & Responsibilities: may include, but are not limited to...
- Handling all incoming and outgoing calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Greeting all incoming visitors and occasionally running on-site errands.
- Performing various clerical duties (e.g., making copies, data entry, sorting and filing, etc.) to help support the accounting and HR departments.
- Any and all other duties as they arise to support Executive Level Manager and Supervisors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent, and preferably a college degree
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, Windows Software including Excel, Word, Outlook and scheduling
- Experience receiving, sorting and preparing mail Incoming/outgoing
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be proficient in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong adaptability and flexibility skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Must have a clean background
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and ongoing random testing
- Have a clean driving record and SC driver's license
